Vamos ao recorte das partes da asa em isopor. Para isso, são necessários dois pedaços de
isopor, um menor com 3.5 cm de largura, 2.5 cm de altura e 62 cm de
comprimento, e outro maior, com 8 cm de largura, 2,5 cm de altura e 62 cm de
comprimento.

Ajuste assim a
resistência, dando uma altura de 2 mm.

Passe duas vezes cada peça na resistência, fazendo quatro folhas: duas grandes e duas pequenas, todas com 2 mm de espessura.

Cole a vareta da longarina na folha pequena

Depois de colado, retire os alfinetes do bordo de ataque e insira por baixo, a peça de isopor estreita, coincidindo a longarina com o tracejado do molde. E em seguida, marque com uma caneta rente a parte interna do bordo de ataque, delimitando o excedente de isopor.
(Once glued, remove the leading edge pins and insert underneath the narrow styrofoam piece, matching the stringer with the molding. And then mark with a pen the inside of the leading edge, delimiting exactly the surplus styrofoam)

Cole a folha maior de isopor na longarina. Retorne os
alfinetes do ataque nos mesmos lugares, e retire os do bordo de fuga. Insira a
folha por baixo, delimitando bem a borda com o ataque, e repita o procedimento
das photos 12 e 13: marcando com a caneta e cortando com folga de 2 mm o isopor excedente.
(Glue the largest styrofoam sheet on the stringer. Return the attack pins in the same places, and remove those from the trailing edge. Insert the sheet underneath, clearly delimiting the edge with the attack, and repeat the procedure of photos 12 and 13: marking with the pen and cutting the excess styrofoam with a 1/8" gap.)

Lixe a folha levemente, para nivelar as marcas da resistência e preparar a colagem.
