SCHWEIZER 1-23 R/C TOY CAR: PASSO 7: INSTALAÇÃO DO EQUIPAMENTO: CONTROLE DO LEME

Com um punção faça a abertura indicada na planta onde ficará o motor servo do leme. Reforce com uma peça de balsa, como na foto. 

Solde a extensão, e passe através da fuselagem  até o compartimento do receptor.

(With a puncture make the opening indicated in the plans where the servo motor of the rudder will be. Reinforce with a balsa piece, as in the photo.

Solder the extension, and pass through the fuselage to the receiver compartment.)

A roda do leme é feita com uma engrenagem grande de relógio descartado. Ela é furada no centro e encaixada no eixo do motor. Alinhado com ele são feitos mais dois furos para as hastes do controle.

(The rudder wheel is made with a large gear of discarded watch. It is drilled in the center and fitted to the motor shaft. Aligned with it are made two more holes for the control rods.)

Na parte de trás da roda é feito outro furo, onde fica amarrado um elástico fino,  A outra ponta dele é presa na fuselagem deixando-o tensionado levemente. Esse elástico serve para manter controle do leme no neutro, sempre que não estiver sendo acionado.

(At the back of the wheel another hole is made, where a thin elastic is attached. The other end of it is fastened in the fuselage leaving it slightly tensioned. This elastic serves to maintain control of the rudder in the neutral, whenever it is not being activated.)

Os links são feitos com alfinetes dobrados e presos numa haste fina de balsa.

(The links are made with pins bent and fastened on a fine rod of balsa.)

Finalmente, monte sistema  que opera o tab estabilizador em conjunto com o leme. Para isso dê um laço no suporte do leme, usando um fio dental.

(Finally, mount the system that operates the "tab" stabilizer together with the rudder. For this tie on the rudder bracket, with a dental floss.)

Prenda a outra ponta no suporte do tab estabilizador.

(Tie the other end on the stabilizer tab bracket.)
